Starseeds are Changing the World

I was listening to a Vlog by Patricia Cota-Robles last week and her words resonated with me so deeply, I thought I’d share my thoughts with you.

Her message was that the Harmonic Convergence in 1987, which paved the way for a major change in the vibration of Gaia and all who live upon her, has assisted the ascension of our beloved planet. I remember participating in a service in my then-hometown of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. There was an upsurge of love and hope and harmony among those who attended, a feeling that something had shifted for all of us.

Patricia Cota-Robles states that on that day, the blight of “Karma” ceased to exist, that we have collectively moved beyond that belief or need to experience it. This process allowed the big upshift on December 21, 2012 – the end of the Mayan Calendar.

What has happened since the Harmonic Convergence is the birth of millions of Starseeds, children known as “Millenials” in popular culture.

Every single one of us who gave birth to these children incarnated with that specific purpose.

I personally had never had the desire to have children; it was something I “knew” I “had” to do. But more than that, my lineage of physical parents and grandparents were individuals who were highly spiritual, not interested in religion. We are not born in isolation -it’s in our DNA – and we are born to perform specific tasks. (I’m pretty glad I got that one done properly!!)

It was part of the Divine Plan, to bring about a major change in the way we do things, think about them and what we do about problems. So many of them were born “aware”, intuitive, creative, spiritually minded, sincere, loving and ready to change things for the better.

Please listen to Patricia’s wonderful message if you have time!

May we all live in peace.

Note:

The ‘Millenials’ ages range from 18 to 35 and they are paving the way for the next generation, known as Generation Z who currently comprise nearly 25% of the population. This group will not only benefit from these changes but will work at carrying it forward.

Book Review: The Unbound Soul…

For those who are curious, or have felt the “pull” or “nudging” from Spirit, here is a book that will transform your life.

Richard L. Haight’s “awakening” occurred at a very young age, but, like many of us, didn’t quite understand the relevance of his visions and spiritual experiences. His journey of unfoldment took him to Japan where he spent many years studying martial arts, coached in the physical discipline which in effect was also a deeply transformative spiritual experience. He returned to the US where he now teaches both martial arts and meditation.

He offers wonderful meditation techniques which will train you, step-by-step, a tried and true method, to help the student to silence the mind and to achieve spiritual enlightenment. It is not an overnight practice, it takes time and requires dedication.

Haight’s approach will bring the reader to reflect, pause and think; there is great wisdom in his writing that reminds me a bit of Adyshanti, a philosophy that is Zen-like in its approach.

Living and Creating from the Heart

One of the most important shift you, as a student of Truth on the Path of Spiritual Unfoldment can practice, is to think and act from the heart chakra.

What does this mean?

It’s about practicing non-judgment.

It’s about being in a space of observing.

It’s about allowing.

IMG_20180215_161217 (1)

It’s about allowing Beingness to guide us instead of living in the head.

Does this mean you have to be sweet and gentle all the time, smiling sublimely because you are so “spiritual”?

No.

As you allow the heart to be your “operating system”, all those lovely attributes will flow into your Being. You will naturally become the Love you wish to be, and wish to share with the world.

As soon as you become aware of judgment and negativity creeping into your thoughts, bring those feelings down into the heart, feel it expand and grow so that you can transmute those emotions and thoughts.

Energy follows thought.

How to achieve this?

Practice this visualization:

Imagine your Higher Self as a glowing orb of white light above your head.

Bring it down, slowly, through the head, past the throat, and into the heart. Allow it to expand to encompass your auric field. Be present in this feeling. Accept and know that you are changing your spiritual and physical blueprint, every time upshifting your vibration to be able to integrate more light.

Being aligned with this Power will ultimately bring physical, emotional and spiritual benefits. You will be in Divine Flow.

You have chosen to be alive at this time.

Let your Light shine!

Namaste!

Emotional Addictions

We all know about physical addictions – whether it be food, alcohol or drugs – and how it can destroy one’s health, well-being and sense of self and esteem

What about the emotions we are addicted to?

The memories we have stored in our minds through positive and negative experiences love it when you hit that “replay” button, especially when the emotions involved are negative. Those are the ones that churn through your mind, over and over again, keeping you hostage to the treadmill of dread, grief, shame, anger, and outrage.

How do you react when that “replay” occurs? Do you get angry all over again, cry, or Image result for image people crying watching moviehang your head in shame? How delicious are those emotions, and how they love to control you! Those feelings are the results of chemical reactions that occur in the body and we become addicted to those uncontrollable feelings, reveling in the release and always craving more.

How we love to beat ourselves up…

How does one change this?

Identify the emotion through the memory that sparked the event: was it because your teacher humiliated you? Your mother gave you a spanking? Your father belittled you? You friends made fun of you?

Become conscious of the triggers that precipitate the emotion. Observe the memory objectively if you are able, then consciously think of a happy or loving moment with that person.  Focus on how it made you feel and allow yourself to smile or laugh. This will bring about a change in your reactions and flood you with more positive thoughts and feelings; it will change your chemistry and help you to heal.

The more you put this into practice, the better you will feel, and you will be more able to cope with setbacks and other challenging events in your life. Coping skills in a challenging world are essential for survival and remember, your memories are an illusion, like a movie or a play in which you can choose to be a participant or an onlooker.

Consider too, what you may have learned from that painful experience and how you have changed as a result.

Practices such as meditation and yoga will assist you to change, but YOU have to do the work, you are in charge. Just YOU. Be conscious of your thoughts and change them when you feel that downward spiral kicking in!

Laugh more! It will change your world!

Find your Path

You do not need a teacher.

You do not need a guru.

You do not need to become attached to doing the “right” thing; not everyone is called to save their brethren.

You do not need to sit in a cave, become a recluse, a vegetarian or give up creature comforts, intimacy or joy.

Follow your instincts, the right books will be there for you when you are ready.

Meditate daily.

Express gratitude and joy.

Be the Love and Light that shines the way for others.

Do not proselytize, for everyone is at his own level of understanding and consciousness.

Becoming psychic is a by-product, not the aim of spiritual practice. There is much more beyond that particular gift.

Each day and each breath is a gift.

You are here to experience, to learn and to grow into the human being you wanted to become.

This is the path that few choose, but you will not be walking it alone.

Resignation Syndrome, Mystery Illness

What happens when there is no hope, no succor from the painful memories of a life that continues to haunt the soul? And worse, when refugees are denied residence permits and the specter of returning to this place of dread and fear dominate the thoughts?

Tragically, this response to hopelessness is the shutting down of the mind and body. It is as if the spirit is withdrawing from life. Refugees from the most violent war zones are placing insurmountable pressure on the stable countries of the developed world. What to do? Give them residency status, or force them to return?

“Resignation Syndrome” is the name given to this condition of withdrawal, and it is not only adults but also children who are beyond reach, beyond help, as they turn inward and no longer want to communicate with their loved ones. Such utter despair destroys the body and the soul and when I tap into their auras I see only a misty gray, there is nothing sadder to me than to see this. This is pure angst, borne from the horrors that children and adults alike have witnessed on a daily basis.

We are in an intense period of upheaval as great changes – good and bad – are disrupting the status quo. While much is being uncovered and brought to the rational light of scrutiny and condemnation, oppression and destruction are on the rise on the world stage.

Hold fast dear ones, to your Light. Let it shine. Do not allow yourselves to become drained by events but maintain neutrality and a loving heart. Be kind to your family, your neighbors, and friends. We start from where we are, with those closest to us, for not all are called to combat the current rise of darkness as visible warriors of Light in Governments and charitable foundations. Do your bit, every day, every time you think a negative thought. Be conscious of the powerful destructive possibilities your very thoughts may have and strive to maintain a non-judgemental attitude at all times.

Solfeggio Meditation

Image result for image om symbol I had been feeling very stressed about events at home and abroad and although I am usually able to put aside recurring negative thoughts through practicing mindfulness and merely observing what is happening around me,  I decided to tune into some soothing Solfeggio music which is gentle and healing and I could feel myself calming down immediately, so I fetched my art paraphernalia and this was the result.

“For we are all angels, connected by Indivisible Perfection”

I loved the brief message that came through and when self-doubt and fear enter your mind, reflect on this: we are indeed angels, incarnated into human form, part of the One Great Energy that pervades Everything That Is.

Solfeggio frequencies can enhance meditation as well as facilitate out-of-body experiences. For more information, see https://attunedvibrations.com/solfeggio/

City of Light

Many years ago, during a meditation, I was taken to the most beautiful city of Light. I was accompanied through a portal that opened up to a magnificent vista of a place that exists in the 5th dimension. I crossed a bridge that spanned a small stream, flanked by trees and flowers. Up ahead, not too far away, was a building that resembled ancient Greek temples; pillars of gleaming marble and a polished floor that was unmarked by footprints or by time.

I was taken to meet what I call the Council of Nine. Wise sages sat behind a large, curved table and invited me to speak. I did, they listened and then I waited as they instructed me on aspects of my physical life that required attention.

Self-healing the negative aspects of self; integrating the fragments of the soul that are scattered throughout the multiverses, concentrating on spreading light wherever I go…those are some of the mandates I was to accomplish.

I have visited this wondrous place many times since that first encounter.

Recently I attended a wonderful workshop held by Randall Monk, who teaches the Quest for Mastery program as channeled by Ronna Herman Vezane. The teachings are inspiring and practical, providing advanced information about the ascension process and how to achieve self-mastery.

To my surprise Randall took us on a guided meditation at the end of the workshop which was a visit to the city of Light. It felt to wonderful so like home to me and as on several other occasions, the Master Jesus was present – a shining, powerful force of love. This is not the Jesus that church-goers are familiar with – it is a force of light and love and power that guards the hearts and minds to those who are open to teachings of a higher order. The cult of personality to which people subscribe has nothing in common with the energy of this master.

After the class was completed, Randall channeled his teacher, Melchizedek with a special message for our class. Suddenly, he began choking up, and said, “I cannot do it, I am not worthy…” His voice became soft, gentle. The Christ spoke through him and for the first time I believed in my own experiences; my own visions…I  had not imagined seeing him – I do so often during Reiki sessions, meditations and other random occasions.

The lesson really is: trust your intuition and your experiences. They are part of your journey. Everyone experiences things a little differently because no one, I repeat, NO ONE can have an identical experience to you. You are your own frequency, soul song, level of vibration. You, each one of you, is unique, having experiences filtered through your own perceptions and level of awareness.

Trust in the process as you unfold and grow, like a lotus opening to the sun.

Namaste,

Christine

Quest for Mastery

I am very pleased to announce that I was recently certified as a Quest for Mastery teacher by Randall Monk. He has taken over from Ronna Herman Vezane who no longer travels. Ronna is known as “Sacred Scribe” and channels the teachings and messages of Archangel Michael. The information is accessible and very easy to follow and apply in one’s daily life. These ancient metaphysical  teachings are an updated version of much that has been written before, by other spiritual teachers, such as Alice Bailey, but is in language that is addressing the needs of students who wish to progress along the path of ascension in the 21st Century, and no longer arcane or obscure.

IQFM_Cert_Logo_LowRes have been amazed at how effective the techniques for meditation and breathing are, and how easy it is to attain and remain in an Alpha state. If you are interested in hosting me as a teacher, please message me! I would love to share this knowledge with you as you travel on the path to self discovery and mastery!

Love and Blessings, Christine

To Thine Own Self Be True

This oft-quoted line from Hamlet, spoken by Polonius to his son Laertes refers to the fact that the young man, who is embarking upon his journey to Paris, should take care of himself, in effect, behave himself and not get into trouble. This sage advice can be applied to any young person leaving home for college: do not follow blindly what others are doing, but think, take care of yourself, and be loyal to your own beliefs, ideals and moral values.

The same advice applies to anyone on the spiritual path.

There are many “gurus” who, while teaching essentially the same message, couch the teachings in different terms. However, there are all too many who seek devotees

IMG_4182
Sadhu giving me the finger, or is he implying there is Only One?

and while they may have started off as well-intentioned, humble teachers, end up as cult leaders whose egos are stroked by their adoring disciples.

Why does this happen?

The answer is simple: suspended logic and blind adherence to the “wisdom” of the teacher.

It is essential as you negotiate your path, that you always remain sceptical, asking questions and listening to your own inner voice. Never think that someone else can be the one and only teacher who can lead you to enlightenment! Never stop questioning and thinking for yourself!

If the information that has been imparted sounds too outlandish and promises the moon, then listen to the warning bells. Do not give away your power, because it is you, as a “follower” who is empowering the teacher, feeding his ego and elevating him to a status that is “holy”.

It can be very disheartening and disappointing to discover your “guru” has feet of clay, so be true to yourself, think, be critical, ask questions and then make up your own mind, seek further, read, read, read and meditate, for the truth lies within you, and every single person can contribute to the wisdom you seek. Your inner work will reap great rewards as long as you stick to working hard at learning from a variety of sources: find your own truth, find what works and resonates with you. You do not need to dress in outlandish clothing or become a vegetarian. It does not make you more “spiritual”, but if you do and that is what your inner self prompts you to do, then do so. But don’t do it because it is what “everyone else is doing”. You are not “everyone else.” You are you, a unique fragment of Light and Love having a human experience.

And, no, don’t believe that because I wrote it either.

Namaste,

Christine
