City of Light

Many years ago, during a meditation, I was taken to the most beautiful city of Light. I was accompanied through a portal that opened up to a magnificent vista of a place that exists in the 5th dimension. I crossed a bridge that spanned a small stream, flanked by trees and flowers. Up ahead, not too far away, was a building that resembled ancient Greek temples; pillars of gleaming marble and a polished floor that was unmarked by footprints or by time.

I was taken to meet what I call the Council of Nine. Wise sages sat behind a large, curved table and invited me to speak. I did, they listened and then I waited as they instructed me on aspects of my physical life that required attention.

Self-healing the negative aspects of self; integrating the fragments of the soul that are scattered throughout the multiverses, concentrating on spreading light wherever I go…those are some of the mandates I was to accomplish.

I have visited this wondrous place many times since that first encounter.

Recently I attended a wonderful workshop held by Randall Monk, who teaches the Quest for Mastery program as channeled by Ronna Herman Vezane. The teachings are inspiring and practical, providing advanced information about the ascension process and how to achieve self-mastery.

To my surprise Randall took us on a guided meditation at the end of the workshop which was a visit to the city of Light. It felt to wonderful so like home to me and as on several other occasions, the Master Jesus was present – a shining, powerful force of love. This is not the Jesus that church-goers are familiar with – it is a force of light and love and power that guards the hearts and minds to those who are open to teachings of a higher order. The cult of personality to which people subscribe has nothing in common with the energy of this master.

After the class was completed, Randall channeled his teacher, Melchizedek with a special message for our class. Suddenly, he began choking up, and said, “I cannot do it, I am not worthy…” His voice became soft, gentle. The Christ spoke through him and for the first time I believed in my own experiences; my own visions…I  had not imagined seeing him – I do so often during Reiki sessions, meditations and other random occasions.

The lesson really is: trust your intuition and your experiences. They are part of your journey. Everyone experiences things a little differently because no one, I repeat, NO ONE can have an identical experience to you. You are your own frequency, soul song, level of vibration. You, each one of you, is unique, having experiences filtered through your own perceptions and level of awareness.

Trust in the process as you unfold and grow, like a lotus opening to the sun.

Namaste,

Christine

Quest for Mastery

I am very pleased to announce that I was recently certified as a Quest for Mastery teacher by Randall Monk. He has taken over from Ronna Herman Vezane who no longer travels. Ronna is known as “Sacred Scribe” and channels the teachings and messages of Archangel Michael. The information is accessible and very easy to follow and apply in one’s daily life. These ancient metaphysical  teachings are an updated version of much that has been written before, by other spiritual teachers, such as Alice Bailey, but is in language that is addressing the needs of students who wish to progress along the path of ascension in the 21st Century, and no longer arcane or obscure.

IQFM_Cert_Logo_LowRes have been amazed at how effective the techniques for meditation and breathing are, and how easy it is to attain and remain in an Alpha state. If you are interested in hosting me as a teacher, please message me! I would love to share this knowledge with you as you travel on the path to self discovery and mastery!

Love and Blessings, Christine

To Thine Own Self Be True

This oft-quoted line from Hamlet, spoken by Polonius to his son Laertes refers to the fact that the young man, who is embarking upon his journey to Paris, should take care of himself, in effect, behave himself and not get into trouble. This sage advice can be applied to any young person leaving home for college: do not follow blindly what others are doing, but think, take care of yourself, and be loyal to your own beliefs, ideals and moral values.

The same advice applies to anyone on the spiritual path.

There are many “gurus” who, while teaching essentially the same message, couch the teachings in different terms. However, there are all too many who seek devotees

IMG_4182
Sadhu giving me the finger, or is he implying there is Only One?

and while they may have started off as well-intentioned, humble teachers, end up as cult leaders whose egos are stroked by their adoring disciples.

Why does this happen?

The answer is simple: suspended logic and blind adherence to the “wisdom” of the teacher.

It is essential as you negotiate your path, that you always remain sceptical, asking questions and listening to your own inner voice. Never think that someone else can be the one and only teacher who can lead you to enlightenment! Never stop questioning and thinking for yourself!

If the information that has been imparted sounds too outlandish and promises the moon, then listen to the warning bells. Do not give away your power, because it is you, as a “follower” who is empowering the teacher, feeding his ego and elevating him to a status that is “holy”.

It can be very disheartening and disappointing to discover your “guru” has feet of clay, so be true to yourself, think, be critical, ask questions and then make up your own mind, seek further, read, read, read and meditate, for the truth lies within you, and every single person can contribute to the wisdom you seek. Your inner work will reap great rewards as long as you stick to working hard at learning from a variety of sources: find your own truth, find what works and resonates with you. You do not need to dress in outlandish clothing or become a vegetarian. It does not make you more “spiritual”, but if you do and that is what your inner self prompts you to do, then do so. But don’t do it because it is what “everyone else is doing”. You are not “everyone else.” You are you, a unique fragment of Light and Love having a human experience.

And, no, don’t believe that because I wrote it either.

Namaste,

Christine

Third Eye Blind

Message from above energy:

Stop believing that you are a mere human being: you are multidimensional, a fragment of the Divine One Who Cannot Be Named, an aspect reflected and refracted myriad times. You exist in all dimensions and as all things, whether it be a leaf, blade of grass, an ant. Your angry thoughts manifest as hate, as murderous human beings who are merely that part of you you refuse to acknowledge, for we are all One, All of us, a vast unimaginable manifested energy that exists as  what you call consciousness. Even so-called “aliens” are but another part of you. You have always existed, you always will. You are here to experience and co-create a new reality, so get to work, learn to open your Third Eye to experience the wondrous other dimensions that exist.

You choose to be blind, you choose to see hate and to feel anger. You can change all that. Re-program yourself, stop being manipulated by dogma and allow yourself to THINK beyond what you have been led to believe is true. You are not your thoughts, you are far more than that.

Forgive.

Love Unconditionally.

Affirmations

Creating an affirmation is a form of prayer, in a way, but it is powerful statement of intent rather than a supplication. It focuses on affirming rather than believing or wishing, or even hoping. The wording has to be precise because each word not only has meaning, but power. This power is an energy that can change the very vibratory energy of your mind, emotions and surroundings. It can uplift your mood, change the energetic structure of your body and create a more peaceful world. When we are happy, content, filled with joy and positive energy, we transmit this through our auras and can potentially affect everyone we come into contact with, merely by radiating our vibrations through our subtle bodies.

Years ago I created this affirmation that I use to set my intention for the day. I had attended a workshop based on the classic by Ernest Holmes called “The Science of Mind”. Using some guidelines from the book we worked on creating an affirmation for ourselves. Mine was rather lengthy, I guess I wanted to make sure all bases were covered!

I am a center in the Divine Mind

A point of God-conscious Truth, Light and Action.

All of my affairs are Divinely guarded and guided into right action

and into correct results

All suggestions of age, poverty and limitation are uprooted from my mind,

and cannot gain entrance to my thoughts

For I am well and happy, filled with perfect life and blessed with perfect abundance

I give grateful thanks, for I know it is so NOW.

                                                                                   113_0732

As the years have passed, I have come to realize what exactly it is that I am stating; how we are merely a Spark, a part of the Divine Mind or Power or Field of Consciousness that exists. I am an individualized expression of that Power, living a life on this planet at this time. By stating my intentions, I have been guided into experiencing many things, learned much but overall, there is a mind-set that has been created that has seen my through difficult times so that the “correct results” have occurred as part of my life lessons.

Create your own, use it to empower you. Choose your words carefully, for you will manifest what you believe. Let us build a better world by starting with ourselves!

Have a glorious day!

Namaste,

Christine

Grumbles and Smiles!

This may seem like a strange title, but read on:

Grumble for the Day

Why do some of the New Age Movement teachers make their classes and conferences so ridiculously expensive? So many of them who begin humbly (meaning I can afford to attend their seminars) become so horribly overpriced once they garner a following. That is when I hit the “unfollow” button. To be truthful, I usually learn from their input and explore my own inner world, and no longer need them, so I guess they have done their job. But within a short span of time, some of them have become rock stars, and are off into the stratosphere of gurudom, attracting the wealthy hangers on who can afford to fork out $4000  plus for a week of pampered luxury and wisdom. I wish them luck.

Smile for the Day

While clicking on a YouTube video of unnamed now rock star spiritual teacher, I came upon a very interesting video which contained information that was quite fascinating. I love it when I can learn new things, and this Canadian, Chuck VanderByl, certainly grabbed my attention. His video is well worth the time, so give it a go if you are interested in UFO’s, bloodlines, miracles and more…!

So, the upshot of this all, is, there is always something new that comes along that will shake you into a new awareness, or make you question your illusions! Open your mind, and ye shall receive!

Nature’s Gift on Mother’s Day

My kids were not able to be with me on this day, and I am unable to be with my mother, who lives 8,000 miles away. I am not sentimental and while I miss them and would love to have them all here, they live in my heart in the space even between seconds.

My garden has been readying itself for summer and because it hasn’t rained for a few days, I decided to go and water the plants (and the weeds!) To my surprised delight I discovered the Love of the Universe has gifted me with the first rose bloom, beautifully fragrant, the first peony and a few others that have decided to show me their love!

I had no inkling they would be blooming today, it certainly didn’t seem like they would when I spoke to them yesterday!

May you all have a glorious day! My heart is filled with gratitude!

When Spirit Guides

Yesterday was a day surprises. The sun was actually shining after a week of snow and frozen precipitation, and the other big delight was a talk I attended about the Canadian psychic artist, Alma Rumball.

At the age of fifty, Alma became a recluse after she had a vision of Jesus. The vision had opened up her ability to receive clairvoyant messages and her hand began to draw intricate patterns and images of its own volition. Light activation codes are embedded in the drawings, and one cannot fail to be drawn to them, to absorb them and to marvel at the workings of Spirit.

Wendy Oke married Alma’s nephew and is the “keeper” of the drawings, exhibiting them world wide. Alma died in 1980 and we are fortunate that Wendy has taken on the task of sharing them with us.

Here are a few of my favorites:

God of All Gods. Kalu Rinpoche, who is the spiritual advisor to the Dalai Lama, named this intricate, very beautiful drawing after being shown it. The Face of God is never revealed in any spiritual tradition, and while we catch a glimpse of it here, it is obscured and kept sacred, even in this representation.

Angelic Intervention

If ever you doubted that angels are taking care of us, nudging us to make different choices, I have to just tell you, yes, they work pretty darn hard for us.
Spirit of Cancer: Angel Muriel
I was supposed to meet with a friend in the town of South Hill, about 14 miles from where I live, on Thursday, but the weather was terrible and quite frankly, I just did not feel like being on the road in a big storm. That storm actually blew down a small tree which blocked the road near our house…in retrospect, it was a powerful message that I was not to go anywhere! So, the upshot is, I didn’t go, but stayed home and enjoyed the storm.
On Friday I was supposed to meet another friend to do some energy work, but she cancelled, saying she had some business she needed to take care of, so again, I stayed home.
My friend Lisa,  too, had talked about meeting for dinner in the same town on Friday evening but plans didn’t work out.
I didn’t mind too much, but I felt a bit housebound and needed to get out for a bit. Living in a rural area is great, but sometimes I need to see other human beings! I had noticed that  my vehicle had developed a slow puncture, so at about three o’clock  on Friday afternoon I decided to go and have it repaired. I drove all the way to South Hill and had the problem taken care of.
As one of the mechanics reversed the car out of the bay, the others noticed brake fluid pouring out of the front of the car.
They were unable to help me; their job is Lube and Tires, but they kindly took a look, muttering that it would be difficult to drive, especially since the emergency brake is difficult to access in my GMC Safari van.
I had to have the vehicle towed back home. I waited nearly two hours for the tow truck to arrive and got home at about 6:30 that night. It was pitch dark already, and the tow truck driver had quite a time of it since our driveway is steep and lined with trees.
When I was finally able to sit down and relax,  it hit me: If I had gone to South Hill to visit my friends, or if I had gone out  for dinner, the brakes would have failed on me,  it would most likely have happened on the way back from South Hill, and I would have had a really bad accident.  The speed limit on the I85 is 70 m.p.h, so I would not have been going slowly. The brakes were completely  shot, the brake fluid was pouring out of the brake line; I would not have been able to stop.

And I had to smile, because the tow truck guy has something about Jesus written on the side of his truck – it was like he was an angel sent to help me get the car back (Okay, I know, I know, it was Allstate that sent him 😉 )

Mentally, I thanked all of my friends for canceling our appointments, and for making this NOT happen!
I have been truly fortunate. Thank you to all my guardian angels and helpers and guides. Thank you thank you thank you!
Your guardian angels and guides are always there for you, just open your hearts and open your eyes to see the messages they continually send us to remind us of their presence!
 Namaste,
Christine
